When is Neon Lights 2016 happening?
Neon Lights 2016 is a two-day event between Saturday 26 November and Sunday 27 November, 2016. Gates open at 2pm each day.
Where is Neon Lights Festival 2016?
Fort Canning National Park – Fort Green, Fort Gate and Old Married Soldier’s Quarters (OMSQ). Entry by Fort Green, Fort Gate is for wheelchair access only.
Where can I get tickets?
Can I buy the tickets even though I don’t live in Singapore?
Yes, definitely! Just head over to the ticket office links listed above.
What sort of ticketing information should I know about?
All prices are in Singapore dollars and those Under 2s do not require a ticket. Tickets are subject to a booking fee of $4 per ticket and additional fees may apply for Sing Post transactions and if delivery option is chosen.
Are there any discounts for tickets?
We have a tiered ticketing system, group deals and special Under 12s discounts. Full details on ticket prices can be found here at ww.neonlights.sg/tickets.
Will tickets be available on the day?
It is not guaranteed that tickets will be available on the day. Purchase your tickets early to avoid disappointment.
How many tickets can I buy in one go?
As many as you wish!
What happens if I lose my ticket?
You will have to bear any administrative charges associated with the re-printing of your ticket(s).

Entry To The Festival
Is there an age limit?
Neon Lights is an all-ages event. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult (max 2 under-18s with 1 adult) and they are not permitted to purchase nor consume alcohol.
Will I get my identification checked?
ID checks will be conducted throughout the Festival. Everybody is required to present a valid ID and the Festival reserves the right to deny entry or evict any persons who fail to comply with the ticketing entry terms and conditions.
How do I get there?
You can take the MRT and alight at Clarke Quay or Dhoby Ghaut, and walk about 10 minutes to get to the park.

What happens when it rains?
Neon Lights is a rain or shine Festival and we will party on no matter what happens!
Photography & Video Restrictions
Can I bring my camera?
No professional photography and video equipment is permitted, however point and click cameras and mobile phones are fine.
What should I bring to the Festival?
- Your ticket/ wristband
- Valid photo ID
- Sunscreen, shades, hats, ponchos
- Sensible clothing and shoes
- Mosquito repellent
- Fun vibes + glo-sticks
What am I not allowed to bring into the Festival?
- Your own food and drinks. Our licenced foodstalls and bars at the Festival come well stocked with mouth-watering delights and thirst quenchers. All bags will be checked at the point of entry.
- Drugs and illegal substances
- Skateboard, scooters, rollerblades, bicycles
- Chairs or any other furniture
- Weapons, fires, fireworks, sparklers
- Water pistols, laser lights and pens
- Any other potentially hazardous and dangerous items

Is the line-up the same each day?
The music line up is completely different each day. Some, but not all, of the arts line-up will be the same for both days. Please browse this website to get more details on who is performing on Saturday and Sunday.
